The Innovators
When BareMinerals launched their first liquid foundation over six years ago, it was a big departure for them. The brand was built on the belief that liquid makeup was “bad” for your skin, and loose mineral makeup was the healthy game changer. They needed to explain to their loyal consumers why, and how, they developed a liquid makeup. So, they asked us to come down to their offices and create content for their social channels doing just that.
On a shoestring budget with a couple of days prep and a day for shooting, we created three videos with the key “Innovators” behind the development of BareMinerals bareSkin. This project holds a special place as my directorial debut.
